為甚麼不用「外向」和「內向」？

MBTI中的Extraversion 中文翻譯為「外向」，Introversion就釋為「內向」。

中文翻譯的意思並非人們理解的外向和內向，而且用「外向和內向」很容易使人帶有偏見(bias)，絕大部份人都會認為外向比內向好。

用英文字頭(E or I)可把偏見刪去，變得中性描述，其餘三組也是(S or N, T or F, J or P)。

There is NO best type! All types are equal!
