MBTI問卷不準原因(四)

如果要我填一份MBTI問卷(Form M or Q)，問卷結果可以是我想要的或是你想要的類型。總之，16種類型任何一種我也可以填得出來！

這說明若填寫者認識MBTI的話，他/她是可以刻意製做答案的，問卷結果就自然不準啦！


在甚麼時侯會出現「刻意製做答案」？

最大機會是發生在企業招聘和員工培訓(內部)。

點解？想想他/她刻意製做答案的動機便明白。

    Yes, the intention is far too obvious, so it means having learnt MBTI isn't just for self-understand or for understanding others around us~ It also means there's a much better chance of getting the job we want XD

    我並不贊成要欺騙他人，自己的類型就是自己最好的類型，也是真實的自己呢！
